Micheal played linebacker at the University of Miami from 1988-1992 and in 1992, he earned All-America honors. He also earned the "Butkus Award" runner-up and finished seventh in Heisman Trophy voting. As the "Big East Defensive Player of the Year," he finished his career as the third-leading tackler in school history.

He was inducted into the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame in 2005 after being a part of two national title teams.

Barrow was a second-round choice (47th overall) by the Houston Oilers in the 1993 NFL Draft and played 13 seasons with Houston (1993-96), the Carolina Panthers (1997-99), N.Y. Giants (2000- 03), the Washington Redskins (2004), and the Dallas Cowboys (2005). He recorded 1,125 tackles (792 solos), 43.0 sacks, and two interceptions. He advanced to Super Bowl XXXV (35) with N.Y. Giants after the 2000 season.

Following his playing career in 2005, Barrow was the assistant head coach and defensive coordinator at Homestead High School, his alma mater. He spent the next seven seasons as linebackers’ coach of the Miami Hurricanes and had six linebackers drafted during his time.

​

In 2015, Barrow entered the NFL coaching ranks and served 3 years as the LB coach for the Seattle Seahawks. Following the 2016 season, Barrow was promoted to Assistant Head Coach of Defense after coaching Pro Bowl LBs Bobby Wagner and KJ Wright both to career years.

Micheal Barrow is an ordained Christian minister and he and his wife of twenty years, Shelley, have one daughter, Mikenzi, and sons, Kaleb, John Michael, and Michael II. Micheal and his family currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Kevin grew up in Orlando, Florida, and started his journey to football in high school. He graduated from the historical Jones High School and became a standout linebacker for four years at Duke University.

​

Kevin wasn’t invited to the NFL Combine and wasn’t drafted during the 2000 NFL Draft. However, after the draft, Kevin was invited to the "New York Giants" rookie minicamp for a tryout. Kevin was signed to the team after the second practice on day two and in the same year, Kevin went to Superbowl XXXV. Kevin took an improbable start in the pros and turned it into a Six-Year Career in the NFL.

Since then Kevin has been a franchise owner, High School Head Football Coach, Insurance Adjuster, and has worked in the Radio Industry. Kevin also has a background in motivational speaking.

​

Kevin is a husband and a father residing in his home state of Florida.
